PEN Pals Member Purpose: We depend on operators, like you, to participate in these confidential research studies to identify product or service needs for the foodservice industry, and to help shape new products before they are on the market. We hold to strict Marketing Research Association guidelines for our participant's confidentiality, while at the same time delivering aggregate data to clients to help shape the future of foodservice. PEN Pals Survey Facts: You need to complete at least one survey every 6 months to remain an active member It is your responsibility to keep your profile up-to-date with your current job information Making changes to your information in a survey does not transfer to your profile Provide an alternate email address in case your PEN Pals email ceases to work When ordering awards, make sure you check them out or they will stay in your cart You might be selected to try new food products for free in your operation Watch for bonuses and special survey promotions during the year On average you will receive 1-2 surveys a month, average survey is worth 3500 points Surveys are open for approximately 1-2 weeks unless quotas are met sooner You are able to exit a survey and return to it later unless the survey is closed We ask that you answer all survey questions to the best of your knowledge PEN Pals surveys do contain quality check questions Product Evaluations reserves the right to retract any points awarded for erroneously answered surveys We ask that you keep any new product information from PEN Pals surveys confidential
