We then ask for background information such as your name, current email address, street address with zip code, phone number, industry segmentation, menu type, food and beverage sales and average check size. The more information you provide, the better we can customize your on-line experience and choose surveys that fit you specifically. Once you register with productevaluations.com you are no longer anonymous to us.
